Do I need a PayPal account to buy from you? No, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase from me. Just follow the prompts and you will be given the option of paying with your credit card or debit card. This way, we can be assured of the security that is offered by the PayPal service.
Can I buy an item not featured in your website? Yes, certainly. If there’s something that you wish to buy not featured here, I would normally send you an invoice via PayPal. You then pay for it by following their prompts and your items will be mailed soon after I receive notification about payment received.
What currency are your items quoted in? All my items are quoted in Australian Dollars. PayPal will automatically convert your local currency into Australian Dollars.
Where do you source your raw materials? I source my raw materials from local small-scale Australian producers as far as possible. I also make use of products from co-operatives and local artisans during my overseas travels and visits.
How is postage calculated? I use the Australia Post postage calculator for all my products for delivery within Australia and worldwide.
When will I receive my package once I’ve paid for it? Your order will be airmailed by Australia Post within 1 to 2 working days. Please allow between 1 week (Australian customers) to 3 weeks (worldwide) for delivery.
Can you Express Post my package? Sure. Just click on the option provided during checkout.
Do I pay less for your products if I visit your market stalls? You most certainly will! All the prices that have been quoted in this website is the cost of the product as well as the postage and handling cost. Buying directly from my stall means you avoid the extra postage costs.
Can I return a product? Please consider your purchase with care ( I encourage buyers to get as much information & images from me about the product through emails/ facebook/website/phone communication before you commit to buying) However, your satisfaction is important to me and if for some reason you are unhappy with a purchase or wish to have a refund, please return your item unused and unworn within 7 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for return postage. Please note that I cannot accept any liability for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Do you custom make scarves, soaps and lotions? Yes I do. I love a challenge and would be happy to discuss tailoring products to personal tastes and needs. Customers however, need to be aware that some essential oils are very expensive and some scarves can take a long while to create! So, in such cases we will have to enter into a discussion about extra costs and so on.
Can I visit you? Yes, you definitely can. I am available personally with my stall handmade-and-marina at monthly markets around Bunbury, Western Australia. You can also contact me if you can’t make it to the markets and would prefer to drop by my Bunbury studio.
Are discounts available on bulk orders? For bulk orders, please contact me personally via phone or email. We can then discuss postage and other discounts that may be available.
